Can I still buy tickets?
Boulevard BBQ tickets will be on sale onsite at the Clements Hall South Lawn for $20 during the event. Please note that BBQ service will conclude 30 minutes prior to kick-off.
Where can I pick up the shirts I ordered?
Family Weekend T-Shirts will be available for pickup beginning Friday from 10 am - 3 pm at the Hughes-Trigg Crossing. On Saturday, they will be available at the Boulevard BBQ registration table throughout the duration of the event
What if I only want a football ticket?
Football tickets may be purchased by calling 214-768-GAME or by visiting the Athletic Department website.
Where can I pick up my tickets?
Tickets are all online and can be printed from your email confirmation. You will receive a separate email from Athletics if you ordered football tickets.
Can I still buy t-shirts?
Family Weekend t-shirts will be sold in limited quantities on a first-come first-serve basis on Friday afternoon at the Hughes-Trigg Crossing from 10 am - 3 pm. T-shirts are available in sizes small, medium, large, and extra-large and are $15 regardless of size.
Can I attend free events I didn’t sign up for?
Yes! Space permitting, you are welcome.
Can I get a refund?
No. There are no refunds for ticketed events as meals and venues have already been finalized.
Where can I park on Friday and Sunday?
Parking is available for free in the parking garages on campus, including Airline Garage at Airline Rd. and Daniel Ave, Moody Garage on the corner of SMU Blvd. and Airline Rd, or Binkley Garage on the corner of Airline Rd. and Binkley Ave. Handicapped accessible parking is also available.
Where can I park on Saturday?
Game day parking is in effect. Refer to www.smu.edu/athletics for game day parking information. Please plan ahead for travel time as parking is highly restricted (this includes handicapped accessible parking.)
